If the agent is still present, you may need to remove the service manually and restart your system once again for the uninstallation to take effect. You can then verify that the agent has been successfully uninstalled by using your system’s task manager or service manager to view the list of running services and processes. Once the uninstaller has completed, you will need to restart your computer to complete the uninstall process.
